Plans and pricing
Every tier, and exactly what it unlocks
The tiers build strictly on one another — each includes everything in the one below it. This page is generated from the same catalog the server checks on every request, and so cannot advertise a capability the application doesn't actually gate, nor leave out one it does.
Why there are no numbers on this page
Amounts are configured per deployment in the payment provider, not in the product catalog, so this page has nothing honest to print. The price of a tier appears at the point of upgrade, inside the league, in the right currency and before anything is charged. Tiers that cost nothing are marked as free below.

Capture is never gated. Ingestion, results and standings are computed at full fidelity on every tier — a tier only decides what you can read back. Upgrading reveals everything already recorded; downgrading re-locks the interface and deletes nothing.
Trials, and what happens when one ends
A new league starts on a trial
A new league begins on a free trial of the top tier, so the whole product can be judged against real race data before anything is decided. No card is needed to start it, and the trial's length is shown on the league's own billing page.
One carve-out: white-label public pages are not part of the trial. Taking our branding off a public site for the length of a trial and putting it back afterwards is a visible change for the league's own visitors, so that feature stays with the tier that sells it.
If a trial ends without a subscription
The league moves to the free tier and keeps working: seasons, events, results and standings are all on the free tier, and members go on signing in as before.
Nothing is deleted. Capture is never gated, so every lap, stint and incident recorded during the trial stays recorded — the higher-tier pages simply re-lock, and subscribing later reveals all of it again, exactly as it was.
Self-hosted with no payment provider
On a self-hosted deployment with no payment provider configured, none of this applies: every feature is open on every tier.
Choosing a tier
There is nothing to choose right now. Every league starts on a trial of the top tier and can move up or down later from its own billing page — the tier decides what the interface shows, never what has been recorded.
